closely and do not attempt to sharpen knife the wrong way as a slip in using product could cause cutting ones self badly.

Comment: I read a review of the AccuSharp Knife Sharpener that gave it very high marks. Having found it on Amazon I immediately purchased one. It works very well, sharpening every knife in my kitchen. The finger guard looks flimsy but it works. The AccuSharp is lightweight yet sturdy and looks like it will last at least as long as my current set of knives. I recommend this product because it does its job well at a very reasonable price.

Comment: I was reading a cooking magazine that reviews products. In the issue I was reading, they were comparing different knife sharpeners. This was their favorite hands down. The same company makes an electric knife sharpener for $159.00, but they liked this $10 manual one better. It works well. I used it on a knife that has been dull for several years and it brought it back to life.
