Customer Rating: Summary: pretty nice Comment: This massage chair is pretty nice. I tried it out in a department store before I bought it. The heat setting can be felt through even a sweatshirt. The roller and shiatsu settings can be set as high or low on your back as you need and you can adjust the width also. The only downside is that it does not reach most people's necks. Takes some adjustment and some getting used to...but then all I can say is,"AAAAHHHHHH!!!" Customer Rating: Summary: Great massage cushion for office chair Comment: I tried various versions in a store and settled on this model over the SBM-200H which was great, but this one was more powerful. I like the options on the QRM-400H model. The rolling massage is a great relaxer to start a session. The shiatsu settings really go deeper. I felt this model has more power over the SBM-200H. The rollers on the SBM-200H seemed smaller, or more recessed, so you could leave it in on the chair all the time without discomfort. The next model up has shoulder massagers but I did not like the extra height or placement of the shoulder rollers. I got a Shiatsu massage pillow to take care of shoulders and upper neck. Other great features: The heat option and the option to focus on one spot in shiatsu mode or adjust width in rolling mode. Got this for a great price during holidays. My only complaints are the 4 "blue" lights in the cushion never go off when plugged in. Perhaps it should be unplugged anyway, but I think I should have the option of leaving it plugged in without it blasting blue light all over the room (wasting electricity!). It also takes several days for the outgassing of fabric and foam parts to rid themselves of the "new product" smell. Those are minor complaints and the reason for only 4 stars. It works GREAT! So far I am impressed. It is much better than the old vibrating cushions previously sold as massage chair cushions. Customer Rating: Summary: Overall a good product Comment: The quad roller is overall a great product. It has been built to hit those tight muscles that needs a deep massage. However, users beware, this massager gets you feeling so good that you melt onto the seat, not wanting to get off, therefore, causing slight burns from the heat on your back due to over use. However, that is an user error due to a good machine. There are some slight cons that comes with this product (like all other prodcuts out there). Firstly, the rollers does not go as far up your back as it should. I suppose the value for the price, you cannot blame it on the massager itself, afterall, it is a product development/ marketing gimmick to get the consumers to buy the next upgraded version. Secondly, since there are no "off" button for the LED lights, you must unplug the massager after every use to prevent it from burning out. Slight con but it can be a bit of an annoyance.
